By requesting an estimate or proceeding with any service through our website or sales representatives, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. 

Estimates Based on Satellite Imagery

Estimates provided through our website, door-to-door consultations, or mailed correspondence are generated using satellite imagery and street-level observation tools. These preliminary figures are intended to give a general cost range for roof replacement, repairs, or GoNano protective treatments.

• Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate estimates, they are subject to change pending a full on-site inspection. True North Roofing & Exteriors is not liable for discrepancies between the estimate and final quote due to unseen structural issues, material variations, or access limitations not visible through satellite imagery.

2. 

Mandatory Site Inspection

To ensure accuracy and proper service planning, all preliminary estimates must be followed by an on-site inspection before they can be finalized into a formal quote.

• The inspection will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.

• Only after completion of the site visit will we issue a binding quote.

3. 

Quote Validity

Once a quote has been issued following the site inspection:

• It is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

• Prices, materials, and availability are subject to change after this period.

• Customers are encouraged to accept quotes promptly to avoid potential price adjustments or scheduling delays.

4. 

Acceptance and Conversion to Invoice

If a quote is accepted in writing (email, signed document, or confirmed verbal agreement), it will be converted into a formal invoice.

• The invoice will reflect the quoted amount unless changes in scope, materials, or site conditions require modifications.

• Payment terms, deposit requirements, and work start dates will be clearly outlined in the invoice.

5. 

Participation in the Alberta SHARP Program

True North Roofing & Exteriors is proud to support Alberta homeowners through the Alberta Seniors Home Adaptation and Repair Program (SHARP).

• We honor all SHARP eligibility guidelines and help eligible seniors access financial support through grants and low-interest loans to assist with essential home repairs and improvements.

• Quotes and invoices issued under this program will follow SHARP compliance documentation.

• Customers seeking to use SHARP must notify us during the quote phase and provide relevant documentation to ensure processing accuracy.

6. 

Financing Options

In addition to government programs, we also partner with FinanceIt to offer flexible financing solutions for roofing services and GoNano applications.

• Approval is subject to credit eligibility and third-party financing terms.

• Financing details will be reviewed and confirmed separately from the quote or invoice agreement.

7. 

Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may request changes to the project scope prior to accepting the quote. Once work begins, additional changes may result in updated pricing.

Cancellations after acceptance may be subject to administrative fees or non-refundable deposits, depending on timing and services rendered.

8. 

Liability and Warranty

True North Roofing & Exteriors maintains liability coverage for all projects and adheres to provincial building code requirements. Warranty terms for workmanship and GoNano products will be clearly communicated with each project and vary by service type.

9. 

Privacy and Data Use

By submitting information through our website or via our team, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data solely for the purposes of providing estimates, quotes, services, and financing options. We do not sell or share your information without your explicit consent.
